Lately preservation of water quality in the ocean is demanded. In reclamation, conventional pump system has a turbidity problem due to spill water. So, we came up with the idea of building an air pressure vessel with high efficiency considering environment and next generation. That can transfer the large volume of dredged soil, foreign material and clod that passed the hopper's grid, as they are without any additional water to the reclamation site with the help of air pressure. Reclamation by the air pressure vessel can prevent the pollution in the vicinity as spill water is reduced largely. Time to dry the reclamation site is shortened for faster land usage opportunity. We made a speedy and environmental-friendly reclamation available


High work efficiency with energy saving

As kinetic energy of falling soil from hopper to transferrer via suction pipe affects the flap, it needs less power.
A large backhoe with sufficient discharging capability made high discharging volume with cost saving possible.
Operation method can be adjusted according to the conditions as soil type or discharging distance for high efficiency.
①Flap's movable range and speed can be set in the bridge.
②Flap's reciprocating time and pressure of hydraulic pressure and compressed air are indicated in bride monitor for good control.



Safety of the site

According to the ordinance on Industrial Safety and Hygiene, handrails, safe passage and fences around the machinery are installed. Remote controlled transferrer and pull-barge-winch are monitored with surveillance camera.
For abnormal situation during operation, auto alarm and automatic stop kicks in. Emergency stop switch is installed near transferrer for manual stop.
