Lately preservation of water quality in the ocean is demanded. In reclamation, conventional pump system has a turbidity problem of spill water. So, we came up with the idea of air pressure vessel with high efficient, environment-friendly and next generation system. That can transfer the large volume of the dredged soil, foreign material and clod that passed the hopper's grid, as they are without any additional water, to the reclamation site with the help of air pressure. Reclamation by air pressure vessel can prevent the pollution of the vicinity as spill water is reduced largely. Drying time of reclamation ground is shortened for fast land usage. We made a speedy and environmental-friendly reclamation available.


High work efficiency

By installing 2 large backhoes with sufficient discharging capability, even while one backhoe is in maintenance, no need to stop the operation.
Gap between air feeder's rotor and casing can be auto-adjusted for stable transfer preventing lowering efficiency.
This air feeder doesn't choose the size of the soil, so the equipment like crusher or vibrator is not necessary and diverse soil as silt, sand or gravel can be handled.
Operation method can be adjusted according to the condition of soil type or discharging distance to maintain high efficiency.


Safety of the site

According to the ordinance on Industrial Safety and Hygiene, handrails, safe passage and fences around the machinery are installed. Remote controlled air feeder and mooring winch are monitored with surveillance camera.
For occurrence of abnormal situation during operation, auto alarm and automatic stop kicks in. Emergency stop switch is installed near air feeder for manual stop.
