2015 Shonaigawa River Yamada revetment construction

In 2000, Tokai area had a torrential rain (Tokai gou). Nagoya city suffered from a serious damages including burst of the banks and flood.
Revetment had to be reinforced for the banks endurance against such disaster for future.
In this project we did embanking for the right bank and installed environment conservation type blocks on the slope of the Shonaigawa River.
As 77,000 V electric cables were running above the site, we took a safety measures against electrocution accident.
