This project was to prepare for the expected big earth quake and concerned tsunami after the earthquake.
Kojimagumi was a subcontractor of Wakachiku Construction., Co., Ltd.
Existing breakwater had sand and rubble for filling. By replacing them with concrete, it added heaviness and more firmness to be able to endure against disaster.
